This is a common misconception whereas the truth is a mother's milk no matter what her diet is going to contain basically the same nutrients. The breastmilk will steal the vitamins/minerals from the womans body, thus the reason even anorexic women an breastfeed just fine. <br/><br/>There are also benefits to people of all ages with certain medical problems, mainly digestive issues.
