A pregnant Salma Hayek and her fiancé, Francois-Henri Pinault, were spotted visiting a medical clinic in Paris, France today. Unfortunately, Salma seemed to feel unwell and ended up falling to the floor, possibly due to her very advanced pregnancy or the possibility of expecting multiple children.
In recent weeks, her belly has noticeably grown, indicating that she is nearing her due date.
