Baby Monitor Transmit Atlantis Spaceship Footage

Natalie Meilinger, a mother of two from Chicago, has stumbled upon an unexpected source for updates on NASA’s space mission – her baby monitor. Since Sunday, Meilinger’s baby monitor has been capturing black-and-white video footage from inside the space shuttle Atlantis.

According to Meilinger, who also happens to be a primary school science teacher, she was putting her children to bed as usual when she noticed two people floating in space on her baby monitor. Her parents even believed that her three-month-old son, Jack, had acquired magical powers since they started receiving video footage from the Atlantis.

In an effort to silence disbelieving co-workers, Meilinger brought in a video of the monitor to show her class on their last day of school, which was met with awe and intrigue.

While Meilinger and her children are fascinated by the video, a NASA spokesperson suggests that the monitor may be picking up a signal from somewhere nearby, as the live video of the mission is readily available on their website. However, NASA officials have clarified that the signal is not originating directly from the shuttle.

The monitor’s manufacturer, Summer Infant, is currently investigating the cause of this unique transmission. According to communications director Cindy Barlow, incidents like this are completely unprecedented.

With technology continually surprising us, Meilinger’s unexpected discovery has both intrigued and captivated those who have heard about it.
