RECALL: Pacifiers Decorated with Crystals Due to Aspiration and Ingestion Hazards

This recall is a NO BRAINER… Who is giving their baby a pacifer that has rinestones on it??? There goes that $18,000 paci that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt received as a gift when Shiloh was born.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the retailers named below, today announced a voluntary recall of about 1,000 pacifiers because these pacifiers fail to meet federal safety standards for pacifiers. The pacifiers’ crystals can separate easily, posing an aspiration and ingestion hazard to young children.

Recalled baby bling pacifier

The recall involves pacifiers that were purchased from stores, decorated with Swarovski crystals, then resold to consumers. The crystals were glued on the pacifier’s handle and guard. They come in different colors and designs. The chart below lists additional information about the products sold.
