Great Develpomental Toy: Groovy Blocks

These groovy blocks are great for teaching many developmental skills. They can be stacked like conventional blocks or interlocked using the grooves on the side. The sides can also be put together, like a puzzle, to make a pattern, explain a mathematic equation or show opposites.

They can be used to sorting, teaching colors, numbers and opposites. Stacking a toy on top of another is a great way to teach them hand-eye coordination and cognitive skills such as color and size concept. You can start to introduce blocks and stacking toys as early as 6-7 months old.
