If only one parent had this issue. I may think that they were trying to cash in, but the fact that this airport has seen many instances of this makes me think that the shoes are the problem not the escalator or the families. Most kinds around that age are in a stroller or being carried. Idiocracy will prevail if all the stupid people in the world are allowed to keep suing aimlessly and having more babies, while all the intelligent ones are getting knocked off by the idiots. Sorry, but these kind of reckless lawsuits are just ridiculous. The people should be accountable for this kind of thing. If i was Croc i'd file a counter claim for child negligence.
