In Vegas this year Joovy introduced a great stand-on stroller with a ton of great features for busy parents.
The Ergo Caboose has an ergonomically engineered front seat with a new multi-functional sun canopy.
Busy kids will love the swing away front tray/2 removable cup holders.
A huge, easy access storage basket makes this stroller the perfect choice for trips to the mall.
If that’s not enough, Joovy has an extensive list of options to keep any child/parent comfy:
Parent Organizer- Car Seat Adapter
- Deluxe Seat Package
- Deluxe Fleece Package
- Sun Filter
- Rain Cover
- Travel Bag
Parents who have been looking for a stroller to replace the discontinued Fisher-Price Stand N’ Ride will find the Ergo a great option. This company has been successfully designing stand on tandems for a quite a few years.

It was just revealed 3 weeks ago and not even on the company’s website.

I contaced Joovy in regards to the Ergo Caboose and it is totally new product and actually won’t be shipped out to any stores until the end of Nov. They told me to call back around Dec 1, however they will not be shipping to Canada the US only. She told me this stroller will be approx $300.
Can’t wait!

Any word on the joovy ergo? My baby is due the end of December and I love the new options on this stroller? Does anyone know which stores will be carrying it and when?
Comment by Jennifer on 1 December 2008:
Just wondering if anyone has the ergo caboose yet??? I’d love to hear any thoughts on it. I like the fact that the infant carrier/car seat attaches at the back so that a toddler can sit in the front seat when it’s attached and it also looks like the wheels have been improved. But not having seen it in person I would be interested to hear of anyone’s experience with it? I’m trying to decide whether or not I should hold off buying a double stroller until this one’s available…

How heavy is this new one???
Comment by June on 22 January 2009:
It’s weight is 38.25lbs compared to the Caboose Ultralight at 21lbs…weight might be a factor for me!

I just got my Ergo Caboose today and I love it. I have not one complaint about this stroller. My son is 18 months now and we are ready to deliver our second baby. The stroller is very sturdy and is not made of cheap material. The tires are not plastic like a lot of strollers I found. Easy to set up and easy to fold. My son loves the seat and I love pushing it. It handles very smooth and well. The front tires can either lock or swivel which makes it nice for me if I take a walk with the dog and have to push with one hand. The basket is large and even with the parent organizer attached I can attach my large Skip Hop diaper bag to the handles no problems. I love it!!!!

We just received our Ergo today. We did a pre-order through Joovy. It’s a really great stroller. A LONG wait but sure the kiddos will love it.
Comment by karen on 26 April 2009:
how far does the front seat recline? is it the same as the ultralight?
Comment by Amy on 5 May 2009:
We have never used a ultralight so I really comment if they are the same. The seat has two positions (upright and the reclined). Our oldest doesn’t sleep much in her stroller but it seems like it would be fine for a nap. We have been out to the mall and zoo with the stroller and really love it. It’s a lot longer and heavier than we are use to but no complaints so far.

I just received my ergo caboose today! Amy, do your front wheels lock in to the locked straight position automoatically? I was playing with the stroller just now, and tried unlocking the front wheels to zoom around the house (with no kids on board) and the wheels would automatically lock straight. Does this happen to you?
