Baby Gear Product Review

Feature Product Review: Jeep Liberty Limited Stroller

I recently had the opportunity to test drive Jeep’s Liberty Limited All- Terrain Stroller.

After putting it through the paces, I am pleased with how many great features this sporty stroller has for mom and baby.

Here is what I found:

Installation: When my I started to unpack this stroller I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it together properly because of the number of pieces it arrived in.

The spot on instructions changed my fear to confidence as I popped everything into place. Every step was explained easily and there is no doubt in my mind that most moms would have no trouble assembling this stroller.

Comfort and Features: The Jeep Liberty Limited stroller has a ton of features that cater to mom and baby.

The Multi-Position Reclining Seat is equipped with a ‘Grow-with-Me 5-Point Safety Harness’ that is easy to adjust and maneuver.

Jeep has added breathable mesh on each side for ventilation on hot days. Because there isn’t any way to close the mesh off, moms may want to add a blanket to the stroller on colder days to prevent your child from getting a draft.

The canopy has a peek-a-boo window to allow parents to keep tabs on the little ones when out and about.

The Rugged 12” Inflatable Tires were designed for busy moms who need a stroller that will go through all types of terrain. Like many other strollers that are equipped with a single front wheel, Jeep offers parents the option to lock the front wheel for strolling through snow or uneven surfaces.

New moms will like that this stroller easily accommodates most popular infant carseats including The Britax® Companion®, Chicco® Key Fit, Graco Safe Seat™ & Snug Ride™ Series, Peg Pérego® Primo Viaggio SIP. All that is needed to secure the infant seat is the provided red strap. Once the seat is in place, the strap comes across the middle to keep it secured.

While this stroller offers lots of conveniences for mom, I feel it’s strengths come from what it offered for baby.

Jeep has incorporated 2 features that will keep any baby happy.

  • Their in-the-handle iBaby Sound System easily connects to your iPod and MP3 Player to allow your child’s favorite music to accompany them anywhere. This was especially popular with my music loving three year old. The bonus for us is that the iBaby unit is removable so it can be used anywhere.
  • The removable “I Drive” Entertainment Toy center includes a driving wheel with horn, car sounds and music. It conveniently attaches to the swivel child tray in between the cup and snack holders. This is also another gadget that has made my son very happy. Even though the toys are simple, they are not ones that he sees often, which makes them exciting every time we go for a walk.

Additionally, parents will like that the parent tray is equipped with 2 deep cup holders.

Storage – This stroller has a lot of space for moms who like to shop. The basket under the seat is not only spacious, but it is easy to access. It’s wide entrance area will make it a cinch for moms to get large parcels or over sized diaper bags in and out. Jeep has also included two small pockets on each side of the stroller for toys or snacks.

Folding this stroller and storing it is also another bonus. Jeep offers mom an easy fold button right on the handle. With the flick of a switch and a push of a lever, this stroller folds up easily. I also like that the two back tires give it the stability to stand on it’s own if necessary.

Overall I have found this to be a sturdy strolling option for moms who are on the go and use their stroller constantly. The attractive $170 price tag also makes it a stroller that is affordable for most families.
