It is a lovely relationship that I cherish so much, and even more now that our relationship is threatened by my health issues. We may be forced to wean due to issues surrounding my upcoming thyroid surgery. I am just happy I was able to give my son the greatest gift of mama's milk, even if we have to stop before either of us are ready. I’m still nursing my son who will be two on October 28th.
