Teasing, “What a difference a year makes,” the poster highlights Kourtney’s pregnant belly, newly married Khloe’s sparkling wedding rings and Kim’s most famous asset — her booty.
With just 4 weeks to go, Kourtney was spotted out yesterday with boyfriend Scott Disick shopping for shoes at Barneys.
