While everyone in LA was getting ready for the Oscars, music exec and husband of singer Christina Aguilera, Jordan Bratman was spotted yesterday enjoying a nice day at the playground with his son Max in Beverly Hills.

The low-key dad watched carefully as Max navigated through the jungle gym and played in the sand.
