Super Saturday! Celebrities Shop to Benefit Ovarian Cancer Research

For the 13th year, Celebrities flocked to Water Mill, New York for Super Saturday.
The once a year event is a day-long summer fundraising extravaganza for the entire family, underwritten by Donna Karan, QVC and InStyle.

Activities include a one-of-a-kind designer garage sale with over 200 designers – called the “Rolls Royce of garage sales” by The New York Times – a kids’ carnival with rides, games and fun, a fabulous raffle, fortune tellers, manicures and more!

Celebrities like Kelly Rutherford, Donna Karan, The Kardashians, Gretta Monahan and Mariska Hargitay attended the event and shopped to benefit Benefit Ovarian Cancer Research. Luxury brands like Tory Burch, Giorgio Armani, alice + olivia, La Perla, Stella McCartney and Marc Jacobs significantly discounted some of their most popular pieces to help raise money for an important cause.

I drool over this event every year, but it is out of my price range.  Ticket prices for adults start at $450 for General Admission (entry at 1PM) and $150 for Kids (ages 5-16) – kids under 5 are free.  Those who would like an early Exclusive Preview from Noon-1PM must pay $650, a pricetag that includes a well stocked gift bag.
