A newly single Jordan Bratman was spotted out in Venice, California with his son, Max over the weekend. The pair, who wore matching outfits, spent the afternoon enjoying the beautiful weather, looking at classic cars, and shopping for furniture.
Mom Christina Aguilera is currently overseas promoting her movie Burlesque. Over the weekend she was seen performing on the season finale of the X Factor in the UK and walking the red carpet for the London premiere of the film.
The couple, who filed for divorce in October, are rumored to be ‘hunkering down for a custody battle’.
Jordan is said to be the more hands-on parent and is looking for primary custody.
Let’s hope they are able to work out a deal without legal intervention that allows them both to spend an equal amount of time with him. A child this young needs both his parents.
