Beyoncé and Jay Z Introduce Us To Blue Ivy!

Here she is! Jay Z and Beyoncé have released photos of their newborn daughter Blue Ivy on their tumblr site for the baby. The images of their wide-eyed beauty appear along with a note that reads,

“We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives.” ~ The Carter Family

Born on January 7th, baby Blue is definitely the apple of her parent’s eye. She is pictured being cuddled by both Jay Z and Beyoncé and also swaddled while sleeping.

Following her arrival the couple released a statement saying,

“Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs. and it was the best experience of both of our lives.”

Congratulations to the happy family. Blue Ivy is precious!
