Jillian Michaels and her partner, Heidi Rhoades enjoyed a relaxing Sunday out with friends and their their two children, Lukensia and Phoenix, at the farmers’ market in Malibu, California.
The new moms are often spotted out on the weekend picking up fresh produce at the market with their little ones in tow. Phoenix slept through the outing while tucked away in an ERGO carrier. Lukensia stayed close to Jillian, but checked out the animals at the petting zoo.
Since becoming a mom Jillian has re-evaluated what is important. Coined by her mom a couple years ago ‘a workaholic’, the fitness guru recently left her post on The Doctors and has been focusing on her online advice show and being a mom! She recently offered some advice to new moms who are breast feeding and looking to also drop the weight. I love this segment because she’s honest, to the point and now has a bit of experience behind her that helps when she is talking about parenting.
