Tis The Season To Dress Your Little One Up!

We have now hit that time of year when we get dressed up a lot! From children’s holiday luncheons to family get-togethers and portraits, there is never a shortage of fancy affairs for little ones in December.

Sears Department store has long been a favorite for me to pick up something cute for the boys for a formal occasion. I like the sets they offer because they ensure that the whole look is polished. Pictured right are my boys in their ‘suits’ from Sears when we were on a cruise last year.

This year for little boys up to 30lbs, they have a great selection of outfits from Dockers that will make you look like a stylist.  Available in a couple of configurations, you can choose from the shirt, tie, vest, and pants or shirt, tie, sweater, and pants.

For babies up to 18 months they also have a cute dress-shirt onesie that is perfect for creating the tucked in look.

If you want to take your toddler’s look to the next level,  I also found a snazzy tuxedo($60) that is beyond cute!

I will, however, admit that little girls really steal the show in the dress department. Why is that?

Sears offers a gorgeous array of frocks for fashionistas that are adorned with bows, ribbon,s and little overcoats. Plus, Newberry’s pretty party dresses aren’t limited to little girls, they offer styles for teens up to size 16.

Regardless of where you are going, you can’t go wrong with Sears.  They have a great selection and something that fits every budget.

  • Bonus! Both the infant and toddler Dockers boys and Newberry dresses are on sale this week for 30% off, which works out to about a $10 discount.
  • Tip: While both these brands are available online, I found the store to have a better selection on the floor than what was offered on the Sears website.

  • Your boys are cute! I love Sears for dress up outfits for my girls. They grow up so fast so I hate spending a bundle on a dress they’ll only wear once or twice.
