Britney Spears enjoys her day off in London shopping with her boys. The popstar, who is across the pond on the European leg of her tour, carries her youngest son Jayden, 2 James, while security totes Sean Preston, 3.

While Britney is in London she is staying at the opulent Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

Her boys are staying elsewhere, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

He agreed to come along on the tour so that the children were not separated from their mother for two long.

Britney is believed to be paying him $4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near them.

This week lawyers for Britney and Federline reportedly filed documents with the U.S. family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement

Britney Spears sons, Sean P and Jayden James were seen last night at the Newark New Jersey Airport with grandparents Jamie and Lynn Spears(not pictured).

The boys are in NYC to help their mom celebrate her 27th Birthday.

Britney is scheduled to celebrate her birthday and perform on Good Morning America tomorrow morning.

It is being reported that popstar, Britney Spears’ youngest son was rushed to the hospital after he suffered a suspected seizure during a family trip to her hometown.

Jayden James was raced to the emergency ward after lapsing into a ‘vague and unresponsive’ state.

‘One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill,’ said a source.

‘He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialed an ambulance. But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself.’

Jayden was kept overnight after doctors were unable to pinpoint exactly what caused the seizure.

Britney, refused to leave his side and asked for a bed next to him in the ward.

The boys dad, Kevin Federline, is now believed to be making plans to jet out of Los Angeles to be at Jayden’s bedside.

It’s the first time Britney has been allowed to leave California with sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden since their dad K-Fed was given full custody in July.

During the photoshoot, that was conducted before the star lost visitation her rights, the photographer, Dani Brubaker, told OK! that Britney was “very attentive” to the needs of her sons.

When she was given the photos from the shoot Brubaker reveals, “I’m told that when she saw the photographs she literally cried for over an hour and stared at them all night long.”

I can’t help but feel like Britney just needs some guidance and help to be a good mom. A good start would be getting out of crazy LA and moving to a town that is small and personal.

Meeting moms who have kids her age and attending playgroups would also help with some perspective.

The order is in effect until Jan. 14. Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said after the 40-minute hearing: “There are no winners here.”

He said he was “not happy about any of the events that have happened.”

Police responded to Spears’s house on Thursday night after she refused to turn over the boys to Federline’s bodyguard after a visitation day. Kaplan arrived at the house “to bring a document … that identified the existing court order” about custody, he earlier told the Associated Press.

“I was up at the guard gate where (she) lives,” he told AP. “I did not go in” to the home.

L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon gave no reasons in his written decision, issued after lawyers met with him in a private session requested by Federline’s lawyer. The ruling says that Federline gets custody starting Wednesday.

But the ruling came after the filing of misdemeanor charges against Spears – hit-and-run and driving without a valid California license – and claims by her ex-bodyguard that she used drugs and is a danger to her children, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

Gordon also previously found that Spears is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances, and ordered her to submit to random twice-weekly testing.

Just hours after the judge ordered the pop star to submit to drug testing, Britney was seen out partying until the wee hours of the morning.

I can’t imagine that this impressed him, paired with the huge amount of press that her ex-bodyguard, Tony is getting while telling his story about the 3 months he was employed by her.

Being a parent isn’t all about being photographed with your kids and dressing them up cute.

It is about being there when they are sick, teaching them how to be productive members of society and nurturing who they will be when they get older.

Maybe she should tour an NICU and see parents sitting by their child’s isolettes for hours praying for them to live just ONE MORE DAY.

She has so much to be thankful for, yet she continues to just throw it all away…

Britney Spears is being described as a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances. She and ex-husband Kevin Federline were also ordered to not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children. (duh!)

The star must also attend a joint co-parenting counseling session with Kevin, both sides must decide on selection of a therapist by week’s end.

The commissioner also ruled that both sides are not allowed to use corporal punishment(spanking) on the kids, and must refrain from making “derogatory remarks” about each other and their families.

The ruling was handed down in Spears’s increasingly bitter custody dispute with Federline over their sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. On Monday, a former bodyguard of the singer showed in court to testify about Spears’s drug use, but the court chose to not to hear his testimony.

Still, the judge said, that “based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Spears).” He didn’t say what that evidence was.

Despite the extensive orders, Spears and Federline’s current custody arrangement of 50-50 has not changed, the documents and attorneys for both sides confirm.

Federline, however, is seeking primary physical custody of the two children.

I like these recommendations. I wish that everyone had access to a good parenting coach. Even the best parents could learn a few things from someone who is not directly related to your family.

Britney hasn’t had anyone around her that could show her how to be a good mom for a while. She needs to start taking her boys to a Gymboree class or a playgroup so that they can play with other kids and learn to interact.

Baby Jayden James was seen over the weekend with his mom and brother Sean Preston over the weekend in Marina Del Ray.

Jayden Rides in the Britax Roundabout Car seat which would have not been my first choice because it only holds your child in 5 point up to 33 pounds. Other celebrities and our family, have chosen the Britax Decathalon due to it’s ability to hold your baby in 5 point for up to 48lbs.

The OTHER thing is that JJ is forward facing which is NOT recommended until your child is over 22lbs and ONE YEAR OLD.

The reason is because, regardless of the size the baby, the neck muscles are insufficiently developed to handle the impact of a car crash while forward facing. (In fact, I know of some car seat safety places that recommend keeping your child rear-facing for as long as possible because of the lesser impact in the event of a crash.

Britney Spears was recently pictured having playtime with her boys in her backyard.

Jayden and Sean swim and play au natural in just a diaper.

Her backyard is set up nicely with an adorable play house and sandbox and swimming pool.

Let’s hope the boys are wearing sunscreen…
