“It takes a while to lose the baby weight, but I didn’t feel I had to starve myself,” News of the World quoted her, as saying.

“I did everything in moderation. I went to the gym three times a week, not seven – being stuck on a running machine for hours on end is so dull.

“I wanted to do everything naturally without going on a strict diet. I made sure I got the right nutrients, just in smaller portions,” she said.

Emma couldn’t imagine removing chocolate from her diet, saying

“A diet without chocolate was never going to work. There are some things you can’t deny yourself. As much chocolate as possible, please!” she said.

And as far as dancing is concerned, Bunton said: “I always say dancing is the very best way to lose weight. Dancing’s definitely my hot tip for post-baby weight loss, girls!”

The Girls took their final curtain call in the UK last night. The evening marked the end of their record-breaking run of 20 sell-out British shows.

They are now headed to the U.S. to play a long list of dates on the East coast.

Among those dates are 6 concerts in NYC and 4 concerts in Toronto.

Victoria Beckham outfitted her sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz in black t-shirts with POSH emblazoned across the front for their time on stage.

The only baby missing from the reunion was Geri’s baby Bluebell.

The good part is that all six children were equipped with either earplugs or infant sized headphones to protect their young ears from the noise levels on stage.

“Hi everyone, So sorry for the wait, but here is our beautiful little boy Beau. As you can see from the picture he is a bonny little soul, and he makes us so happy, he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to us. He’s 10 weeks old now and we can’t believe how quickly time flies. We’re all getting ready to go to L.A., we’ve packed his little bag with all his goodies. He’s started to sleep through the night now so mummy is getting some well deserved sleep before the tour.”

Beau, which in French means “beautiful,” was born on Friday at 11:12 a.m. and weighed a healthy 7 lbs., 15oz.

Speaking outside London’s Portland Hospital, Jones said: “He is absolutely brilliant, and both baby and Emma are doing fine. In fact Emma is tucking into some flapjacks and Coca-Cola as we speak.”

The new father added, “We are both absolutely delighted and can’t wait to take Beau home.”

Jones, 27, is a former member of the British boy band Damage. He and Spice Girl Bunton, 31, have been together for eight years and moved into a five-bedroom home in her native north London in 2005.

Motherhood for the youngest of the reunion-bound five-piece has been difficult to achieve.

In 2000, Bunton had to have pre-cancerous cells removed from her cervix. Last year, she revealed she’d been diagnosed with endometriosis, a painful condition in which the lining of the uterus begins growing in other areas of the body, making it difficult to conceive.

Less than two months ago, Bunton told PEOPLE: “I’m getting a little feisty now that I am pregnant.”

Baby Spice’s boyfriend Jade Jones reportedly made a spontaneous visit to a North London salon late last week to purchase a do-it-yourself belly casting kit for his pregnant girlfriend.

After checking out the salon, Jade purchased Everlasting Castings ‘Deluxe’ kit, which comes complete with splash-proof instructions, a plaster bandage, Vaseline, plastic sheeting, a legs & panties protector, two pairs of gloves in two sizes, an apron, a picture hook & a silver ribbon.

The ex-Damage singer joked with staff that he was planning to make a cast of his own belly.

“Jade bounced into the shop like an excited father-to-be and said he was interested in one of the kits in the window display. When I asked if the kit was for him, he laughed and said, ‘No, not for me, but I do have a bit of a belly, though,” The Sun quoted a customer, as saying.

“We are so happy, it’s unbelievable news,” the couple said in a statement. “What a great start to the New Year.” The baby’s due date or sex was not revealed.
