Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian toted 10-month-old twins Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick in California’s Pacific Palisades on Saturday.Patrick carries one baby in the ‘Kelty Wanderer Framed Backpack’ ($140) and Jill carries the other in the ‘Kelty 2008 FC 2.0 Framed Carrier’ ($170) in Blueberry.

Patrick Dempsey’s wife, makeup artiste Jill, took their bundles of joy out for a little walk in Santa Monica yesterday.

Jill Looks fabulous for someone who just had twins Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick six Weeks old.

Last Month Patrick Dempsey and wife Jillian welcomed twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen.

People magazine’s current edition has some really great shots of the twins with their new parents and big sister Tatula, 5.

Born Feb. 1 at an L.A.-area hospital, the boys made their debut with some help from dad, whose role as Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy came in handy. “I was watching everything that was going on (with the doctors), and you see a lot of that in the show,” says Dempsey, who helped cut the cords – both of them!

The two already have their own personalities, with Sullivan being like a grumpy old man and Darby a peaceful, quiet little Buddha.

Now that they have three munchkins running around the house, Patrick and Jillian think their family in complete.

Since the boys’ arrival, Dempsey, who acknowledges the newborn phase isn’t his specialty (”Certainly for the first four or five months, the husband is really kind of a houseboy”), has enjoyed an even closer bond with his little girl. The two bicycle together and watch movies like The Sound of Music, while the boys are settling into a familiar routine with mom: Wake up, cry, eat, poop and sleep.

Darby and Sullivan are beautiful. They look like little caterpillars all swaddled up in their blankies. Wish Patrick and Jillian the best with their family. They look like old pros who have this whole parenting thing down pat.

I think Patrick Dempsey is sexy, but saying he’s the “Sexiest Dad Alive” may be pushing the envelope.

The shot on the cover posing with his wife’s pregnant belly is definitely beautiful. It could be seen as iconic in the future just like the Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover in August of 1991.

I can’t believe that there are two babies in there. She is carrying those twins well!

McDreamy’s wife Jillian is due any time with their twin boys. The couple also have a 4 year daughter named Talula.

The interview is nice because Life speaks with Patrick and then his wife Jillian. She talks about the fact that he is a very hands on dad and “prefers the more interactive stage of children versus newborns”. He’s a doting dad and also does diapers. Jill then goes on to say that Patrick is romantic, likes to buy her jewelery and says “I love you” whenever the feeling hits him, even if it means a little ribbing from those in the vicinity.
