I think Patrick Dempsey is sexy, but saying he’s the “Sexiest Dad Alive” may be pushing the envelope.

The shot on the cover posing with his wife’s pregnant belly is definitely beautiful. It could be seen as iconic in the future just like the Demi Moore Vanity Fair cover in August of 1991.

I can’t believe that there are two babies in there. She is carrying those twins well!

McDreamy’s wife Jillian is due any time with their twin boys. The couple also have a 4 year daughter named Talula.

The interview is nice because Life speaks with Patrick and then his wife Jillian. She talks about the fact that he is a very hands on dad and “prefers the more interactive stage of children versus newborns”. He’s a doting dad and also does diapers. Jill then goes on to say that Patrick is romantic, likes to buy her jewelery and says “I love you” whenever the feeling hits him, even if it means a little ribbing from those in the vicinity.
