Texas Couple Welcomes Quintuplets!

Casey and Ethan Jones have five new additions to their family.
The couple welcomed four girls and one boys today at Seton Medical Center by Cesarean section. The babies arrived weighing between 2 pounds, 2 ounces and 2 pounds, 13 ounces.

UPDATE: Staten Island Quints Doing Well

Health officials at Staten Island University Hospital say that all five babies born yesterday to Jamie and Kevin Ferrante are doing well.
The babies, who arrived at 27 weeks gestation, are recovering at the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit.

Anne Arundel Medical Center is reporting the successful delivery of the first set of quintuplets in the hospital’s 106-year history.
The Medical center spokesman Justin Paquette could not say when the quintuplets were born and would not identify the hometown of the mother, other than to say she is “non-local” and that everyone is doing well.
