The man, who posted disturbing video online that outraged people around the world, recently posted a message saying he was arrested for downloading child abuse material (ed. note – uploading child abuse material).

The man, who says he’s from Australia, wrote he found the video of a father swinging around a 9-month-old baby somewhere online and he posted it on www.liveleak.com in October. We found it a youtube.

He claims Live Leak representatives reported the video to local authorities in London in an effort to track down the man seen swinging the baby.

His IP address was tracked to an Australian address, which prompted Australian federal police to raid his home and office, and seize his computers before arresting and charging him with accessing, downloading and uploading child abuse material with the intent to distribute.

He also issued a warning to uploaders and video Web site moderators to “be very careful of what they post when it comes to children.” (UGHH!!!)

Disclaimer: We found this story at MSN and they claim that there have been no reports authorities have tracked down the man seen swinging the baby so it is hard to say if this is true…

I hope it is because this sick man needs to punished for his horrible treatment of this baby!

It is the most extensive video I have ever seen on fetal development. The students list all changes each week with an approximate weight at each stage.

The video-sharing Web site on Friday morning launched its “Don’t You Forget About Me” channel, featuring several clips seeking the whereabouts of more than 25 missing children from around the world.

YouTube, which was bought by search-engine giant Google (GOOG) last year, began the channel in conjunction with the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children and the Find Madeleine Campaign, the organization devoted to finding Madeleine McCann, the English toddler who vanished from a hotel in Portugal earlier this summer.

The first clip on the introductory page, which plays automatically, is a message from Ernie Allen, president and CEO of ICMEC.

“Use this channel. Look at these videos of real missing children,” Allen says. “If you have information, contact the appropriate law-enforcement agencies.”

First lady Laura Bush and English soccer star David Beckham offer their own video testimonials in support of the channel and the effort to find Madeleine McCann.

The channel is named after the 1985 hit by Scottish band Simple Minds, which is also the audio track for the Madeleine McCann video clip.

An observation – Kaydence and Kassidy have IV’s in their heads, which looks unpleasant, but it is actually a more stable site for preemies. The head has bigger veins that are easier to get at and the baby has a smaller chance of the IV having issues.

I think that the diaper companies make the BEST commercials. They know how to capture motherhood perfectly.

I really love the commercials that the diaper companies come out with. I can definitely relate to everything that they show. This one show you child’s evolution and of course the tie in is that ‘Pampers’ evolves as your child does…

An exciting birth, not of the human kind, but exciting none the less.

A giant manta ray has been the first to be born in captivity -and has brought a nation to a standstill as it was born live on television.

Video footage below shows the 6ft baby being squeezed out of her mother’s body rolled up like a carpet, before unfurling her fins and flitting gracefully across the tank at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium in Japan’s southernmost prefecture.

“My heart was heavy at first because I thought it had been still-born, but we were so relieved when she finally started swimming around,” the aquarium’s manta ray breeder, Minoru Toda, said in a telephone interview.

The birth on Saturday followed a pregnancy of more than a year after the 4.2 metre mother ray mated with a male manta also kept at the aquarium.

Aquarium workers will have to rely on intuition when feeding and caring for the new baby, because scientific knowledge about their development is limited, Toda said.

Incase you thought you read it wrong – you didn’t. The baby was 6ft. long. Mature Manta Rays normally measure 12 ft from tip to tip and live 25 years. Very few newborn Mantas have been reported and almost nothing is known about where they are born. That’s what makes this birth in capitivity so special.
