It was a big weekend for Celebrity Baby Birth Announcements!

While not all of the babies were born this weekend, reps were busy confirming the new arrivals.

Here are some of the highlights:

• Supermodel Karolina Kurkova, 25, and film producer Archie Drury, welcomed Tobin Jack Drury, weighing 6 lbs. 3 oz. “Both mother and baby are happy and healthy,” the new mom’s rep confirmed.
• Announced Friday, it’s a boy for Colin Farrell and girlfriend Alicja Bachleda. The couple welcomed son Henry Tadeusz Farrell on Oct. 7 in Los Angeles.
• Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson welcomed the arrival of a baby girl named Lucia on Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, Mel’s rep confirmed this morning.
• Announced today, Mary Stuart Masterson and husband Jeremy Davidson welcomed a son on Oct. 11.
• The Manchester United and England star,Wayne Rooney, was at his wife Colleen’s side this morning as she gave birth to a baby boy weighing 8lb 2oz, whom they have named Kai Wayne Rooney.

Congratulations to Grey’s Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery on the safe arrival of their first child, a girl.

The new mom’s rep told USMagazine that Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery arrived on Sept. 15 in Los Angeles.”

The couple, who tied the knot at a small ceremony in 2007, announced they were expecting in April.

Congratulations to Angie Everhart on the safe arrival of her first baby – a boy!

Kayden Bobby Everhart arrived on Friday weighing 8 pounds, 4.9 ounces and was 21 inches long.

The new mom’s manager, Sheryl Abrams said,

“Both mom and baby are doing very well.” and that the new little man “is so handsome.”

During a recent interview Angie revealed she was ready to meet the baby.

“The nursery is done, the name is picked and I’ve even got a year’s supply of Seventh Generation diapers.”

The actress-model also explained how she came up with the baby’s name.

“Kay is my mom and my middle name, and Bobby is my dad’s name.”

Angie has kept mum on the baby’s paternity, coyly saying,

“The dad is very nice and he’s very excited about it, but we are not a couple. It’s nobody you know.”

Congratulations to Spanish Actress Paz Vega and husband Orson Salazar on the safe arrival of their second baby – a girl!

Ava Salazar was born in Madrid on June 17th weighing a healthy 7 lbs., 2 oz.

“Paz and Ava are both healthy and enjoying being at home,” her rep Marcel Pariseau confirms to Celebrity Baby Blog. “Paz and Orson are both so excited about the new addition to their young family.”

Due to the baby’s positioning, Paz needed to undergo a cesarean to deliver her daughter. “She was transverse in my womb, so they had to perform a c-section,” the actress explained in interviews with the Spanish press.

While the 33-year-old is “happy” that the delivery went perfectly, she laughs that baby Ava is keeping everyone on their toes with her voracious appetite.

“The baby has come big and with lots of interest in eating! Ava is a big little lady who was born at 7 lbs. and for a girl, that’s really good.”

The new baby joins big brother Orson, 2, who is happily taking on his new role. “He hasn’t had any type of rejection toward the baby,” reports Paz. “On the contrary, he gets close to her … and says, ‘Ava, my baby!’” before running off to play in the garden adjoining the hospital room.

Congratulations to Boston Legal actress Julie Bowen and her husband, Scott Phillips on the safe arrival of their twin boys.

According to People Gus and John arrived early this morning.

The couple, who announced last November that they were expecting again, are already parents to son Oliver, 2.

If Julie isn’t busy enough, she is set to star in a new comedy `Modern Family’ for ABC next season.

Congratulations to Grey’s Anatomy’s Chyler Leigh and husband Nathan West on the safe arrival of their third baby.

Anniston Kae arrived just 7 days after Chyler wrapped filming Grey’s Anatomy’s fifth season weighing 7 lbs., 1 oz.

The new mom’s rep told People Magazine “Both mother and child are healthy.”

Anniston joins siblings Noah Wilde, 5, and Taelyn Leigh, 2. And the family hasn’t ruled out the possibility of more children in the future.

“We love our family,” West told People in November. “If I wasn’t working as much and [Chyler] didn’t have the show, we’d have five or six kids.”

“[Chyler] is a phenomenal actress and an amazing best friend, but hands down, mothering is what she does best,” West added.

Congratulations to Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen on the safe arrival of their twin boys.

The babies, named Max and Bob, are the first for the couple, who married in May 2008.

“They’re doing great,” Charlie’s publicist Stan Rosenfield tells People of the babies, who weren’t due for another few weeks. “And Brooke’s doing great.”

The family is “very happy,” Rosenfield says, adding that Charlie is “ecstatic. He’s a family man – now he has three daughters and two sons. He’s a wonderful father.”

Charlie is a pro at fatherhood. He has 3 daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and another, 24-year-old Cassandra, from a previous marriage.

Scarlet Starr arrived on Feb. 22 weighing a healthy 8lbs., 3 oz.

She is the first baby for Melanie and her beau of six years, property developer Thomas Starr.

Congratulations to Supermodel Niki Taylor and her husband Burney Lamar on the safe arrival of their new daughter.

Ciel Taylor Lamar arrived this morning at 11:30 a.m. in Nashville (near the couple’s home in Brentwood, Tenn.) weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz.

Everyone is doing amazing,” says Lou Taylor, Niki’s long-time manager, who is no relation to the supermodel.

Niki, 33, is already mom to 14-year-old twins Hunter and Jake.

The couple welcomed a baby boy last night in Los Angeles, the Oscar winner’s publicist, Arnold Robinson, has announced today.

Hayes Logan Costner arrived weighing a healthy 8 lbs., 15 oz.

The new dad recently told the Associated Press that the name Hayes was “a cowboy character” in a Western movie he soon plans to makes, and that it is “a great Western name.”
