The recalled toys have oversized, plastic toy nails that can pose a <a href="http://www.growingyourbaby.com/tag/choking-hazard/">choking hazard</a> to young children. </span>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">The firm has received one report of an 11-month old boy from Goose Creek, S.C. who choked when the toy nail become forcefully lodged in his throat. The child was hospitalized and made a full recovery.</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">The oversized, plastic toy nail is about 3 ¼ inches long by 1 ¼ inch in diameter and comes in red or blue colors. It has a large round head; about 1 ¼ inches below the head is a plastic ridge, slightly smaller than the nail head and about 1 inch in diameter. They were sold with a variety of Little Tikes Children’s products. The names, model numbers and UPC code of the products included in this recall are listed below:</p>

The strips of fabric are not permanently attached to the toys and can become detached during use, posing a choking hazard.</span>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">Graco has received one report of a child removing the fabric strip and placing it in his/her mouth. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">The recalled doorway jumper includes an interactive musical dance mat and two detachable toys. The model number, 1755544, appears on the carton UPC label and on the underside of the jumper tray. The doorway jumpers were sold from April 2009 through July 2009.</p>
<p style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;">Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and remove and discard the detachable toys and the attaching fabric strips and call the manufacturer for a replacement set of toys. After the toys and fabric strips are removed, consumers can continue to use the jumper and interactive musical dance mat.</p>

<p>LeapFrog has received two reports of children removing the decals from this toy, including one report of a child ingesting part of the decal.</p>
<p>This recall involves My Pal Scout, a green and beige electronic plush dog with plastic decals on its paws. When those decals are pushed, the dog plays songs, speaks and barks. “Scout” is printed on the dog tag at the dog’s neck. The plush dog measures about 9 inches high by 9 inches wide. “LeapFrog Ent. Item No. 19142” is printed on the white tag attached to the dog and on the toy’s packaging. My Pal Scout dogs with embroidered paws are not included in this recall.</p>
<p>Consumers should immediately take the toy away from young children and contact LeapFrog to receive a replacement My Pal Scout with embroidered paws rather than decals.</p>

<p style="font-weight: bold;">This recall involves three different children’s coat styles with toggles including Rose Toggle Hoodie (style 600298), Pink Duffle Coat (style 600344), and Blue Plaid and Mojave Toggle Coat (style 600942). The coats were sold in infant sizes up to 24 months and are made of cotton, polyester, or polyester/acrylic. The toggles are light tan plastic and about 1 3/4 inches long.

<p style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);">Consumers should immediately take the recalled coats away from children and return them to any babyGap, GapKids, or Gap store for a full refund. In addition, the handle poses a suffocation hazard to young children.</span>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">Tupperware has received two reports of maracas breaking. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">This recall involves blue and red toy maracas with yellow handles. The maracas were used by Tupperware representatives during sales presentations. Cut-outs in the shape of stars, squares and other geometric figures are located inside the maraca.</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">Consumers and Tupperware sales consultants should immediately stop using the maracas and return them to Tupperware for a refund or gift certificate. Maraca return forms can be accessed at <a href="http://www.tupperware.com/">www.tupperware.com</a></p>

The shoe is a red plastic molded clog with fleece lining and is designed to resemble a car. They were sold in infant sizes 4 to 6 and toddler sizes 7 to 11. The infant-size shoes have a strap in the back. Each side of the shoe has two red and black decorative wheels and the number “95”. “Buster Brown &amp; Co.” and “Disney” are printed on a tag sewn inside the shoe.</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;">Customers should immediately take this product away from children and return it to the nearest Wal-Mart store for a full refund.</p>
