RECALL: Fisher-Price Rainforest™ Portable Play Yards Due to Fall and Entrapment Hazards

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Fisher-Price today announced a voluntary recall of about 200,000 Rainforest™ Portable Play Yards manufactured by Simplicity Inc because one or more rails can collapse unexpectedly, posing a fall or entrapment hazard to young children.
