RECALL: GAP Children’s Coats; Toggles Can Break and Detach Posing Choking Hazard

The Gap recalls 23,100 babyGap Children’s Coats because the coats have toggle fasteners that could break and detach from the coat, posing a choking hazard to young children. Consumers who return the coats before August 31, 2009 will also receive a 20 percent off coupon for a regular priced item.
