Celebrities hit the Children’s Gifting Wonderland ‘Boom Boom Room’ this weekend for some fun and swag.

This invitation only event for celebrity parents and the media was held at The Century Plaza Hotel, kicking off the 2009 Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles.

Many of the participants are usually small, unique baby product companies looking to get some exposure as their businesses are building.

Some of the companies in attendance this year were Bornfree, Mabels Labels, Ruffle Butts, Tasty Baby Organic Food, Bonbon Cupcakes, Lego, Shutterfly, Happy Heiny’s and Snugaboo.

Celebrities that attended included:

  • Joely Fisher with adopted baby daughter Olivia and biological child True Harlow, 3
  • Kelly Rutherford with son Hermes
  • Jodi Sweetin with daughter Zoie
  • Scott Baio with daughter Bailey

Yesterday celebrity moms attended “Celebration of Babies“at The Beverly Hilton in support of The March Of Dimes.

The Charity luncheon recognized “celebrities and prominent individuals who are celebrating the birth of their children and who are role models for the March of Dimes Commitment to love and hope of babies.”

Congratulations to Jodie Sweetin and husband Cody Herpin on the safe arrival of their first baby.

Baby Zoie arrived Saturday afternoon, weighing a healthy 8 lbs. 7 oz. – measuring 21 in. long. She was delivered via C-section.

“Jodie says that she and her husband and family are absolutely thrilled and in love with baby Zoie,” says a rep for the actress.

The couple was married in a small Las Vegas ceremony on July 14, 2007. They tied the knot at the Little Church of the West in front of a few friends.

At the time, Sweetin told PEOPLE, “Cody is my best friend. I married my best friend, and I couldn’t ask for anything more. He’s an unbelievable person.”
