During a recent interview, Jen revealed that nursing 13 month-old Seraphina is what’s keeping her thin.

When she stops nursing, the busy mom continued, “Then I’ll just puff right back up.”

During the hour playtime, Jen carried youngest daughter Seraphina over to the slide, where big sister Violet waited and together they slid down. Seraphina was also treated to a rocking horse ride while Jennifer’s parents kept a close eye on Violet and helped push her on the swings.

Jennifer Garner was spotted out walking in Boston yesterday afternoon with her two girls Seraphina, 10 months and Violet, 4 (December 1st).

The down-to-earth mama was recently named as the new spokesperson for Save the Children’s Make Time For CHANGE campaign.

The charity’s CHANGE program (Creating Healthy, Active, and Nurturing Growing-up Environments) has teamed up with Frigidaire to donate $1 to every pledge made on the official website to raise funds to help at-risk children in need in the United States.

“I grew up in West Virginia, which is a state that has struggled a lot,” Garner told People.com. “It needs so badly the exact kind of support that Save the Children offers, which is helping kids perform better in school … because they are healthier and not worrying about food.”

Jennifer Garner proved she knows how to juggle being a mother to two girls while on her way over to see husband Ben Affleck on the set of his new movie.

The bubbly mother picked Violet Affleck and Seraphina Affleck up from day care, and showed off her carrying skills by holding a smiling Violet on her back while cradling Seraphina in front.

The girls took turns relaxing in the Bob Stroller, with Seraphina riding comfortably in a Lascal baby carrier when it was her sister’s turn to put her feet up.

not as good at “the hippie mom thing” as some of the other mothers, but added, “I do scrub the potty at Violet’s co-operative pre-school.”

Jen responded, “The second child is easier. The experience is easier with the second, but the overall thing is chaos. Happy chaos. Let me just say that life is very full. The girls are happy and healthy. Ben and I are really happy.”
