Hi this is maybe a very long shot, but we have the 2014 model and I can’t seem to find any adapters anywhere except for the maxi-Cosi car seat and we already have those. We’re having another baby and would like to convert our 2014 model t a double. Are those adapters for the 2014 or 2015 model? Many thanks.
