Actor Brad Pitt was spotted in NYC yesterday taking his newly adopted son Pax, 3, to the pediatrician.
During an episode of the Daily Show, Jon Stewart playfully asked Angelina Jolie how many kids she wanted in total. Jolie replied, jokingly, that it fluctuates between seven and 13 or 14. The audience erupted with laughter and Jolie joined in as Stewart admitted that two kids were already giving him a hard time.
Jolie added, with a sense of humor, that four kids are currently kicking their butts but they feel up for the challenge.
Jolie also appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live, where she discussed her experience of raising her latest addition to the family, 3-year-old Pax Thien whom she adopted from Vietnam in March. Describing him as wild and beautiful, she explained how he had lived a very structured life with no freedoms for the first three and a half years. However, he is now enjoying a newfound sense of freedom.
She shared that the name Pax was suggested by her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand, before her passing in January. Although the meaning of the name is peace, Jolie humorously admitted that he is currently anything but peaceful.
