IKEA Expands Recall of Children’s Wall-Mounted Lamps Due to Strangulation Hazard

In December IKEA announced a recall of about 23 million children’s wall-mounted lamps after a 16-month-old child in a crib died when they became entangled in the lamp’s cord. Today the company has expanded the recall to include 20 new models, or about 7 million more units.
