Quinoa Parmesan Chicken – Baby Gizmo Company

We are always looking for way to new more creative ways to increase the nutritional value of some of the kid’s favorite meals without sacrificing taste.

Over the last few years, I have been adding Quinoa to some of our dishes as a way to boost the goodness. The grain is so versatile that it can be used in a variety of places, from salad and chili to crab cakes and meatballs.

This week our friends at Baby Gizmo used it as a breading for their Chicken Parmesan!  How good does that look?
