Over the last few years I have been adding Quinoa to some our dishes as a way boost the goodness. The grain is so versatile that it can be used in a variety of places, from salad and chili to crab cakes and meatballs.
This week our friends at Baby Gizmo used it as a breading for their Chicken Parmesan! How good does that look?
