Salma Hayek and her fiancé, French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, visit a medical clinic in Paris, France this afternoon. Once inside, the very pregnant Hayek apparently felt ill and fell to the floor.

Salma appears to be either carrying more than one child or very close to term. In the last few weeks she has definitely ‘popped’.

We wish her the best and hope that she is going to be okay.
