Zeenat and her husband, Waheed, from Hazara Colony, are overjoyed by the arrival of their six bundles of joy — four boys and two girls. Doctors report that all the babies are in excellent health, with normal birth weights, and Zeenat is recovering well from the procedure. Heartwarming images capture the babies together, breathing on their own without the need for medical assistance.

While the sextuplets receive ongoing care in the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (ICU), their parents eagerly anticipate the day they can bring them home.

In recent years fertility treatments have led to an increase in multiple births like sextuplets. It is not known if the couple underwent treatment to become pregnant or if the babies were conceived naturally.  In February a Nigerian couple who was expecting quintuplets welcomed sextuplets.
