Heidi Klum was one busy mama today. The model was spotted dropping her oldest daughter Leni at ballet before heading to karate with her boys Johan and Henry.
With Lou and her mom Erma along for the ride she picked up her oldest kids and then headed to a birthday party on the beach where she went barefoot in the sand for some bubble time.
As always, Heidi looked effortlessly beautiful in a tan tie dyed maxi dress and gladiator sandals.
She definitely makes having 4 kids look easy!
