Radio Flyer Introduces First-Ever Wagon for Babies

Radio Flyer, a leader in outdoor play since 1917, is launching the first wagon of its kind – The Comfort Embrace. This unique wagon is designed to accommodate the growing family by safely holding a baby and an older toddler or child.

Tested to ASTM stroller safety standards, the Comfort Embrace Wagonâ„¢ includes a cradling infant seat with a five-point safety harness that can be removed as the child grows, providing access to a second toddler seat. Working with child safety experts, Radio Flyer specially designed the cradling infant seat to keep babies six months and older safe and secure.

Radio Flyer has outfitted the Comfort Embrace Wagon™ with innovative and deluxe features including precision non-tip steering, foot action safety brakes and Dura-Tred® tires. This is also the first Radio Flyer wagon to feature two adjustable and removable canopies with UV protection as well as a fold-away extra-large storage bag and separate rear storage compartment.

“We are thrilled to introduce the Comfort Embrace into the Radio Flyer family,” said Tom Schlegel, Senior Vice President of Product Development at Radio Flyer. “Safety and convenience have always been priorities for us and we’re delighted to provide a wagon solution that can accommodate growing families.”

It’s nice to see that Radio Flyer is designed out of the box to accommodate families with kids of all ages. More parents who opt to use a wagon over a double stroller in the Summertime for trips to the market or amusement park will love that the Comfort Embrace Wagonâ„¢ will grow with their family.
