Baby Nicknamed Little McFlurry After He’s Born in McDonalds Parking Lot

Wisconsin mom Analysia Beck used to fear the idea of babies being born in unusual places. Little did she know that she would have her own unexpected birth story to tell. Analysia, 25, shares that giving birth in a McDonald’s parking lot was a shocking experience for her and her husband, Daniel, 27.

It all happened around 11 p.m. on January 11, when Analysia, who was 38 weeks pregnant, began experiencing mild contractions. Initially dismissing them as false labor, she went back to sleep but was abruptly awakened by painful contractions and her water breaking.

Realizing that the baby was on the way, Analysia and Daniel quickly left their house with the help of Analysia’s mother, who came to care for their other two children. Daniel drove at record speed, and within minutes, Analysia felt the need to stop as she believed the baby was about to be born. They pulled into a McDonald’s parking lot and called 911, while Analysia climbed into the back of the SUV. The time was 3:55 a.m., and heavy snow was falling.

With only three pushes, Analysia welcomed their baby boy into the world. Although the paramedics arrived just in time, the newborn had turned blue due to the cold and snow blowing into the car. Fortunately, he was perfectly healthy and passed all tests at the hospital.

The couple named their 8-pound, 6-ounce bundle of joy Micah. However, they playfully refer to him as “Little McFlurry” due to the circumstances of his birth – a blizzard and a McDonald’s parking lot.
