Disneyland Resort Announces Exciting Lineup of Events and Festivities for 2024

Get ready for an action-packed year at Disneyland Resort! For the first time ever, the resort is revealing its incredible lineup of special events and limited-time festivities, including the highly anticipated Pixar Fest celebration starting in the spring of 2024.

With an expanded reservation calendar, guests can now book their theme park visits up to 180 days in advance, allowing for better planning and a chance to experience all the magic Disneyland has to offer.

Pixar Fest Returns to the Disneyland Resort

From the development of the exciting Pixar Place Hotel, to the upcoming attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and the transformation of the Downtown Disney District, there will always something new and exciting happening on the property.

The real highlight of 2024 is Pixar Fest! From April 26 to Aug. 4, 2024, experience the magic of Pixar coming to life with stunning décor, specially themed menu items, and limited-edition merchandise throughout the Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels, and Downtown Disney District.

Don’t miss the debut of the all-new daytime parade, “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” at Disney California Adventure Park. And back by popular demand, the emotional “Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” returns to Disneyland Park with brand-new scenes. Plus, keep an eye out for new characters like Ember and Wade from “Elemental,” and Red Panda Mei from “Turning Red.”

In addition to Pixar Fest, Disneyland Resort is bringing back beloved festivals and seasonal festivities throughout the year, offering even more entertainment, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences.

– Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park (Jan. 23-Feb. 18): Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a multicultural tribute featuring Asian-inspired food, vibrant décor, and “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession.”

– Celebrate Gospel at Disneyland Park (Feb. 17 and 24): Experience the uplifting power of Gospel music with headliners Marvin Sapp and Tasha Cobbs Leonard.

– Anaheim Ducks Days at Disney California Adventure Park (Feb. 22-23): Join us in celebrating the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club’s 30th anniversary with a two-day event filled with themed activities, photo opportunities, and appearances by select team players.

– Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival (March 1-April 22): Get ready for a gastronomic extravaganza inspired by the diverse cultures and cuisines of California, complete with cooking demonstrations, family-friendly entertainment, and the return of Soarin’ Over California.

– Season of the Force at Disneyland Park (April 5-June 2): Immerse yourself in the world of Star Wars with Hyperspace Mountain, themed food and beverage options, and new adventures aboard Star Tours and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

– Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort (Aug. 23-Oct. 31): Embrace the spookiness of the season with autumn decor, captivating character costumes, and uniquely themed attractions for guests of all ages.

– Plaza de la Familia at Disney California Adventure Park (Aug. 23-Nov. 2): Celebrate family and the traditions of Día de los Muertos with storytelling and music from Pixar’s “Coco.”

– Holidays at the Disneyland Resort (Begins Nov. 15): Make unforgettable memories with the Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park, plus seasonal overlays on beloved attractions and cherished holiday spectaculars.

And here’s the best part – there are plenty of ticket options and special offers throughout the year, making it easier than ever for families to visit Disneyland Resort. Take advantage of the offer on theme park tickets for children ages 3-9 between Jan. 8 and March 10, 2024. Child tickets start as low as $50 per day, with no blackout dates (subject to park reservation availability).
