The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, along with Fisher-Price, of East Aurora, N.Y., today announced a voluntary recall about 71,000 Ultra-Lite Play Yard with Inclined sleepers because infant fatalities have been reported while using other inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
