A heartfelt caption accompanied a photo of Halle holding her son’s hand, with a gold bracelet bearing his name on his wrist. The actress playfully mentioned that 2023 couldn’t have given her a greater gift than becoming a mother, and expressed her excitement for the world to know her son. Joining in on the announcement, Halle’s boyfriend, rapper DDG, also shared the same photo on his Instagram page and expressed his overwhelming love for their little blessing.

During her pregnancy, Halle kept it under wraps despite fans and social media speculations. She even addressed pregnancy rumors in a video, asking people to respect her privacy. However, her outfit choices at events like the MTV VMAs fueled further speculation. Halle strategically avoided being photographed on the pink carpet and was cautious with her interactions, sometimes opting for handshakes instead of hugs.
