The new mom carried the ultra-chic Yves Saint Laurent Downtown Tote as her diaper bag. Her fiance, the baby’s dad, is François-Henri Pinault, the corporation’s CEO that owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, and Stella McCartney.
She has also been busy speaking on behalf of the “One Pack=One Vaccine” program, which will provide tetanus shots for needy mothers and their infants in Africa and Asia.
