Hina Javed was admitted to the Civil Hospital on Friday after she went into labor. Shortly after she welcomed six tiny babies.

Civil Hospital, Bahawalpur Spokesperson Dr Hamid said that this was the first time he had witnessed the birth of sextuplets.

Sadly, one of the baby girls passed away a few hours after being born due to her incredibly low birth weight.

“The other children are out of danger and are being kept in incubators for the time being,” Dr. Hamid stated. The mother is also healthy, he added.

The new mother is over the moon. “I have been waiting for this day for a long time,” she said. She added that she will name the children after she takes them home and after consulting with her parents and in-laws.

The father runs a general store in Jalalpur Pirwala. He told the media the day was a joyous day for him and his family. All of my family members are ecstatic. “I will try my best to give these children a healthy life and proper education,” he expressed.

As soon as news of the baby’s arrival spread, a large crowd of people gathered at the medical facility to catch a glimpse of the children.
