The Simplay3 Company, based in Streetsboro, Ohio, is recalling 113,962 toddler towers due to potential fall and injury hazards. The towers, which come in various colors like espresso, white, and gray, have the model number 41807 and are marked with the Simplay3 name. Measuring 34″ x 17.5″ x 16″, these towers have been found to tip over during use, resulting in injuries, including head contusions.
