During our visit to Asheville, North Carolina, we had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from Asheville Village and the entrance to Biltmore, making it the perfect choice for a two-night getaway.

Our room, the King studio suite, was incredibly spacious – one of the biggest rooms we’ve experienced!

It’s ideal for families as it comes with a full kitchen stocked with all the dishes you’d need to prepare meals for your loved ones. Plus, there’s even a BBQ area outside where you can enjoy some grilled goodness.

The room also featured a comfy sofa bed for our kids and a luxurious king bed for us, with a TV placed perfectly in between that can be easily adjusted for each space. And if you’re someone who needs to work remotely during your stay, fear not! This room offers ample desk space and an ergonomic chair for your comfort.

The bathroom was well-appointed and included a generous closet, sink area, and a separate room with both shower and toilet facilities.

One of the standout features of this hotel was its amazing staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and they served up an incredible complimentary spread each morning with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel boasts an indoor pool and jacuzzi for those relaxing dips after a day of exploring. But what caught our attention were the outdoor firepits – perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars! Just let them know when you’re heading out and they’ll happily turn on the firepits for you.

Parking is available at a reasonable fee of $10 per day, and here’s some great news: this hotel welcomes pets! So feel free to bring along your furry friends.

In terms of dining options nearby, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel is within walking distance to Biltmore Village and even has fast food joints like Burger King, Long John Silvers, and McDonald’s nearby. We also discovered a fantastic pizza joint just down the road, as well as a brewery with a food truck right next door!

All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this location again for our future trips to the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a wide range of amenities that catered perfectly to our family’s needs.
